Shipping Policy
At Aruna Arokiya Maiyam, we are committed to ensuring that all orders are shipped securely and promptly through reliable courier services. Below is our shipping policy to help guide you through our process.
- Orders
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use ST Courier as our standard delivery courier. Most orders will be processed and delivered within 3 - 7 business days (within India only). We currently do not accept International orders.

Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:

Delivery Coverage Areas
We currently deliver to addresses in India. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We do not accept international orders at the moment. Please check our shipping policy for any further updates.
Shipping is strictly limited to the countries listed above, and we do not deliver to any other locations worldwide.
- Failed Delivery
In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at the specified delivery address. We regret to inform you that your package will be returned to Aruna Arokiya Maiyam and orders will be cancelled if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt).
- Responsibility and Complaints
- Post-Delivery Responsibility: Aruna Arokiya Maiyam is not liable for any damage to goods after the delivery has been completed.
- Complaints: If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to Customer Care at support@arunaarokiyamaiyam.com within 2 business days from delivery for assistance.
